EE 402A - Topics in International Technology Management
Fall 2004 Theme - Cross-border partnering in Asia: Globalization challenges for high-tech industries

We welcome all visitors to our sessions. If you are a registered Stanford student, you may take this seminar series for university credit.


Requirements for Credit

This 1 unit course is offered only on a Satisfactory/No Credit basis.

To take the Seminar Series for University Credit you must:

  1. Register for the course (EE 402A in Axess). There are no prerequisites. Enrollment is open to graduates and undergraduates in any school or department at Stanford.

    2.

  2. Attend and comment on at least 8 of the 9 sessions offered. Each student will send a brief comment to the TA (cbhatt at stanford.edu) describing some new thing they learnt or something that impressed them about the content of that session. The comment does not have to be a summary of the session, but it should demonstrate that the student actually attended or watched the video. (A bullet point from a slide will not by itself be acceptable). The comment should be 30-60 words in length. Comments must be submitted within two weeks of the date of each session.


Incompletes

Students must request an incomplete by the time of the last class session. Please note that Stanford policy now requires incompletes to be made up within one year.


Note to SCPD Students

Same rules apply as regular students.


Archived Seminars

Please contact the US-Asia Technology Management Center (viji at stanford.edu) in order to view archive copies of videotapes after the end of the course. Offerings of our EE402A, EE402S, EE392R, and EE392S seminar series in the previous quarters are also available for viewing.
